3D Printing: We strive to create high quality parts at an attractive price, using premium materials and state-of-the-art machines. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, there may be slight variations in surface finish and appearance.

Lifetime Guarantee: If the original purchaser of our parts experiences part failure or breakage during normal use we will replace the parts for free (plus the cost of shipping). If you did something dumb (as we all sometimes do) and damage a part, just reach out and we'll work something out. We can learn something new from every broken part, so we want to hear from you! Proof of purchase and photos of broken part may be required.

R&D Bonus: If you purchase a part and come up with a meaningful improvement idea for it that we implement, we'll send you the new version for free (plus the cost of shipping).

Returns: If you'd like to return a new, unused part (subject to inspection) that you purchased direct we will gladly take it back and issue a refund (shipping expense is yours). If you purchased through a dealer, please contact them.

Privacy: We hate spam and other such nonsense as much as you do and will never share your contact info or anything else about you with anyone, ever. If you think that information uniquely provided to us has been used without your consent please let us know.
